Tour Description
In three days, see three of Tanzania’s most well-known national parks. The Tarangire National Park, home to sizable elephant herds and magnificent baobab trees, will be your first stop. After that, you’ll travel to the Ngorongoro crater, a true haven for wildlife where you can see all five of the “Big Five” in a single day. Last but not least, the Lake Manyara National Park awaits you with its tree climbing lions and more than 400 distinct bird species.
3 DAYS TARANGIRE MANYARA & NGORONGORO
- DAY 1 :Arrival - Drive to Tarangire

- Clients would have arrived the previous day and had an overnight stay in hotel in Arusha or Moshi towns. Clients leave the hotel around 9:00am and drive to Tarangire. At Tarangire they do the necessary registration then proceed to game drive. In a pop up roof jeep the visitors will see many animals. The Tarangire National Park is home to lions, leopards, elephant, buffalo, python, zebra, oryx, impala and more. Over 450 species of birds have been observed in this park. After full day game tour proceed to sunbright camp site for dinner and overnight.
- Wake up early at the camp and drive to Ngorongoro. Drive takes about half an hour. Register at the Gate and then descend into the Ngorongoro Crates for game drives. In the crater you can see “THE BIG FIVE” which are Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant. Other game living in the crater are hippo, wildebeest and hyena. The crater is also home birds which include flamingos, geese, storks and vultures. You have lunch in the crater at the Ngoitoktok swamp. Late afternoon leave the crater and return to subright camp for overnight and dinner.

You have early morning breakfast at the camp and then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for game tour. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree climbing lions and various wildlife species have been seen in the park. The game tour drive starts from the underground water forest, proceeds to the acasia woodland and savanna, open land, passes by the hot water spring and on to Lake Manyara- home for many flamingos and other water birds. Other wildlife which can be viewed is Manyara are hippo, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, blue and velvet monkey, warthog and more.
In the later afternoon leave the park and go to Arusha/Moshi. - Clients are driven to the Kilimanjaro airport when they fly home. Customers traveling to Zanzibar or other nearby locations receive the appropriate assistance.
